PARKWOOD DINING ROOM- Breakfast and lunch is served
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday every week.

Dinner is served twice a month.

- A menu is circulated monthly and tenants
may place their prepaid orders for the meals
of the upcoming months.

- The Parkwood Dining Room is available for
banquet events, bookings may be arranged
through our office.
PARKWOOD LOUNGE - For tenant socializing and events
LIBRARY- Located in the second-floor lounge, the
library is open 24 hours with over 1,000 books
for tenants to choose from to read and return.
PARKING Tenant Underground Parking ($60 per month):
-  We offer parking to tenants at a first-come first-serve
basis and subject 
to availability. Vehicle must be
owned 
by the tenant and have valid insurance and
up-to-date registration.

Visitor Parking:
Visitors can park in the designated parking
spaces on the exterior surface
parking lot and display a parking permit
on the dashboard of their car at all times.
Failing to do so will result in ticketing and
/or towing.

Parking permits are available at the lobby
of the building. 
LAUNDRY ROOM - The cost for a wash is $2.00, and dryers
cost is $1.50

- A change machine located in the
laundry room will give you change to
conduct laundry, and accepts $5, $10, and
$20 bills.
